  • The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has published a total of 17 vacancies for the post of Factory Inspector. 

Eligibility Criteria for BPSC Factory Inspector Recruitment

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have a degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine (MBBS) from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification notified by the Bihar State Government. Regular MBBS degrees are considered under the Medicine category. 

Experience: 

Candidates should have two years of practical experience in a reputed firm or government department related to Engineering, Technology, or Medicine. Practical training completed during the university course, up to a maximum of one year, will also be counted toward the required experience.

Age Limit:

  • BC/EBC (Male & Female) & UR (Female): 40 Years
  • SC/ST (Male & Female): 42 Years

Age Relaxation:

  • Bihar Govt employees: 5 years
  • Ex-servicemen: 3 years + service period (max age 57 years)

Candidates eligible between 01.08.2018 to 01.08.2025 are also allowed.

The Department of Women & Child Development, Puducherry has released a notification for the recruitment of 618 posts of Anganwadi Workers (344 posts) and Anganwadi  Helpers  (274 posts) under the Samshak Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 project.
